WWA Training:
Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
REGISTRATIONRegistration is available on-line. Once the registration form is submitted, a confirmation page will display in your browser. Please print the confirmation page: it will serve as your invoice for the registration fee.
PAYMENT
At this time, WWA is not accepting online payment for training events. Once registration is confirmed, payment is expected within 30 days via check payable to:

If payment has not been received within thirty days of registration, an invoice will be sent and payment is expected within 15 days.
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Substitutions are welcome in the event that the original registrant is unable to attend.
All payments should be made to WWA prior to the training event you are attending. WWA will issue full refund/credit for cancellations received ten 10 business days prior to the training event. WWA will assess a 25% fee for cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the training event, but at least 3 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this date and “no shows” on the day of the event will be assessed the full registration fee.
